OUR PROCESS

You contact us, and we schedule a time to see your space.

 We visit your home, thoroughly evaluate your project, and go back to craft a fair, complete, and as-accurate-as-possible estimate. 

 All building materials are included in our estimates. Cosmetic items—such as colors, styles, shapes, or finishes—are your personal touch. While we won’t select these for you, we are happy to guide and suggest. Your preferences drive the look, and we provide support along the way. 

 Only items specifically mentioned in the initial estimate are included. Anything not listed is the customer’s responsibility. Additional items can be added throughout the project, but any changes will require a change order, and the project may slow momentarily until all parties are aligned on the new details. This ensures clarity and avoids confusion. 

 Once materials are selected and purchased, it’s our time to work magic! Sit back, relax, and watch your space transform. 

 Questions or concerns? Reach out at any point—we’re here every step of the way.   During business hours or while we are on the job is preferred, we do have families so once we take the tool belt off, we try to keep it that way after hours.  If it is an emergency, we are available.

Home Services does not choose or purchase the following items for customers:

• Flooring
• Cabinets
• Countertops
• Siding
• Shingles
• Paint colors
• Fixtures (such as faucets or shower hardware)
• Appliances
• Any similar cosmetic items
•   If you specifically request that we handle these items, they can be added and purchased by Home Services only after you approve the previously determined products, and all details will be properly documented to ensure clarity and safety for all parties involved.
